Haere Mai! Welcome to life at Floating Rock. With life here at Floating Rock simmering down, most of the team are heading home to see friends and whanau after more than four years. But it's not all holiday for our Floaties (aka Founders). We're utilizing this "downtime" to implement more structure for some exciting future projects for our Rockies (aka Contractors).

As a company, we value all the people who make our incredible projects come to life, and their mental well-being is important to us. We want to reignite the passion for our crafts, turn the industry's taxing work culture into a space for artists to explore their creativity, prioritize a work-life balance, and have the flexibility of working from anywhere.

Even though the Floaties might still be doing the mahi over this break, we encourage our Rockies to take this time to rejuvenate and come back to us fresh and ready to tackle all the fun projects we have coming up.
